Absolutely! Our valet service'll pick you up from Vancouver International Airport any time of day. Just let us know your flight details at least 24 hours ahead, and we'll be there waiting. It's complimentary for suite bookings, and there's a small fee for standard rooms - totally worth it after a long flight though.

We love furry friends! Dogs and cats under 25 lbs are welcome in select rooms. There's a one-time cleaning fee of $150, and we'll set you up with food bowls, a comfy bed, and some treats. Just mention you're bringing your buddy when you book so we can get everything ready.

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out's at 11am. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? We'll do our best to accommodate - just shoot us a message ahead of time. If we've got the room ready, early check-in's usually no problem. Late check-out depends on availability, but we're pretty flexible.

Yeah, we'd recommend it. Our spa's pretty popular and slots fill up quick, especially on weekends. You can book online or give us a call once you've got your room sorted. If you're coming during a quieter time, sometimes we can squeeze you in same-day, but don't count on it.

Valet parking's included with all bookings - one less thing to worry about. Just pull up to the entrance and we'll take care of your car. If you're planning to head out and explore the city, we're also right near public transit, which makes getting around Vancouver super easy.
